What is SuitesMiamiBeach?

Our suites are rental by owner units located in the Sorrento and Tresor towers of the world famous SuitesMiamiBeach Miami Beach resort.

Why should I book with you instead of the hotel directly?

We offer better rates and more personalized service.

Will I have access to the same amenities as a hotel guest would?

Yes, and even more! You will have access to the entire resort. In addition to owner only perks; two free daily spa access passes, Valet Available, and no resort fees. Owner’s guest receive access to additional pools located on the 5th Fl. of the Sorrento building and the 7th Fl. of the Tresor tower.

Where is the Sorrento building?

Sorrento is the smaller building located closer to the beach

Where is the Tresor building?

The Tresor building is the tall tower located behind Sorrento.

What floors are your units on?

Sorrento- 3rd, 5th, & 6th

Tresor- 10th & 12th

What unit types do you have?

We have Junior Suites, One Bedroom Suites, and Two Bedroom specialty suites. A Two Bedroom suite is created when renting the Junior & adjacent One Bedroom together. A Two Bedroom suite is perfect for larger families or groups.

How many people fit in each unit?

Four is the maximum occupancy.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Juniors- King sized bed and a sofa pull out in a Queen size

One Bedrooms- King sized bed and a sofa pull out in a Full size

Do you provide rollaway beds or cribs?

Rollaway beds can be rented from the hotel for $45+tax each day. Cribs can be reserved free of charge.

Do you require a minimum stay?

Minimum stay varies by availability and travel dates. Contact us to see what applies

What are your rates?

We do not keep a standard nightly rate. Rates vary based upon many factors. Please email us directly to receive your personalized booking quote

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment is due in full to book. For guests staying for one month or longer we will offer a payment plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, certified check, and wire.

Are there any hidden fees?

The only additional fee is for housekeeping. Housekeeping is paid directly to the resort during your stay. Housekeeping cost varies by unit type. The specific cost will be outlined on your booking quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Requests for cancellations and/or date changes must be made 60 days prior to your check in date. Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to the check in date to receive a refund.
Cancellations or requests for date changes made less than 60 days are not eligible for any refund, travel credits or date change. There are no exceptions.

I paid. Now what?

When your booking is confirmed and we have received payment you will be sent a SuitesMiamiBeach room confirmation and arrival instructions.

When is check in/ check out?

Check in begins at 4PM. Check out is at 11AM.

Is early check in/late check out available?

Early check in and late check out is based upon availability. If you arrive on property before 4PM the hotel will hold your bags so you can enjoy the resort while waiting for the room

Where do I check in?

Check in for owners guests is at the Tresor or Sorrento reception desk, not the main hotel. The reception desk for Tresor and Sorrento is located closer to Departures drive. If you are not valeting a vehicle it will be closer to be dropped off at Departures drive.

Where is valet?

Bring your vehicle to arrivals drive. Provide the valet attendant your room and reservation number and relay to the attendant you are an owner’s guest. 

How do I get my spa passes?

Spa passes can be picked up at Lapis Spa. Please bring your photo ID and room key

The resort is huge! Where is everything?
I need more towels. What do I do?

If you are in need of additional linens for the pull out sofa, towels, or toiletries refreshed please contact the hotel housekeeping department from the phone in the unit.

There’s a problem in the room. Whom do I call?

Please contact us 732-418-1777, info@surfprop.com. We will relay the concerns to the appropriate hotel departments to have the problem addressed and remedied.
